All Change please, all change

Reading Time: 3 minutes

Autumn has definitely arrived hasn’t it? I’m sat here looking out my office window noticing a distinct difference and glow to the trees and the drop in the temperature. The heating is on, and the comfy, cosy clothes consisting of Grey Joggers and a hoody are a staple and regular fashion requirement now. Who else is with me?

Seasons change; and it’s time we did too

With new seasons brings change, and TwoDads UK is no different. We’ve been on a journey since the original site was launched in 2017/18. TwoDads UK has evolved, myself and Wes have changed our careers as a result; we’re supporting more people than we ever anticipated though our channels and our Clinic Partnerships. We’re ensuring our voice and our platform is put to best use. Our Facebook page is now approaching 9k followers and Instagram continues to remain steady at 34k. The diaries are full most weeks with approx. five Intended Parent Zoom calls a week. Supporting those wanting more information about Surrogacy or family building – proving that Surrogacy continues to rise in popularity

We’ve also recently received the news TwoDads UK has been shortlisted as a finalised in the 2020 Vuelio Influencer Awards in the LGBTQ category. This is an amazing achievement in itself, so thank you to all those who nominated us. We’re in a tough category, amongst friends too – so just being there is an honour.

#Ads

It’s not just about ‘Paid Sponsorships’ and filling your feeds with #Ads, (BTW This isn’t a dig at those social media accounts who do by the way, as you’ve seen we’re partial to the odd ‘#Ad’ too now and again) it’s about using our voice to drive change; to change laws, to raise awareness, to ensure our family are visible, to make a difference, for us to be considered equal. One of the most important missions is to ensure our children never to face shame because of the family they were born into. This is about using our account positively, in a different way, to benefit those than need our support or our contacts).

Surrogacy Support is about to change – Blastocyst 3D Image

That’s why we’ve created The Modern Family Show, the only UK LGBTQ family building education event taking place in 2021. Fully sold out from an exhibitor perspective. With some of the most amazing sponsors from the likes of Herts and Essex Fertility Centre, The Agora, CRGH, Fenomatch, Babies Come True, Laytons LLP, Surrogacy Alternatives and Adoption UK. Promising attendees something totally unique providing advice to further supporting our community with family building assistance and emotional support. Totally proud of our Charity Partners too, Mermaids and Diversity Role Models.

Our latest and most challenging venture,
My Surrogacy Journey is also something a little different too. It’s the latest UK not for profit Surrogacy organisation with Surrogate and ‘Known Egg Donor’ matching, incorporating various elements of Fertility Tech from a range of new partners.
Providing Members with full pathway concierge supporting everyone on a fertility journey via Surrogacy, not just same sex people. We’re adamant on breaking the mold with MSJ.

We’ve kept ourselves busy during lockdown! Myself and Wes are also super proud to be showing you our new look website. In a fresher brand with a more current and more informative and friendlier feel. We love it and we hope you do too? A new Newsletter is also under construction which we hope to share with you, by the end of November.

We hope you’ve all managed to stay safe during these weird times. As Lockdown 2 kicks we urge you so stay safe and look after those around you? If you need any particular support, don’t hesitate to reach out to us. You can also check our some of the Fertility Friends on our Home Page – they just may be able to support you in some way.

So, have a nose through the new site. If you have any comments – or want to reach out to us there’s a whole new contact section on the website too.

Enjoy,

All our love,

Cheeeeeese!
